Search smarter, narrow the date range when needed, and switch between latest activity and completed history without guessing what each filter does.
How do I search for an order or service?
Choose All, Order ID, Service ID, or Service Name first, then type your search. Use Order ID for an exact order lookup, Service ID for the fastest service match, or Service Name for a broader lookup.
When should I use From Date and To Date?
Use a date range when the service has many historical orders. For example, searching from 2026-04-01 to 2026-04-30 helps the checker focus on that month only, which makes completed-order searches much faster.
What is the difference between latest orders and completed history?
Latest orders shows the newest matching activity first. Completed history is used when you choose the Completed status, so the page can look deeper into finished orders.
What does Show 50 orders or Show 100 orders do?
That control sets the number of orders per page. Use Next page to see the remaining matches. The total covers all indexed orders matching your search, status and dates.
What should I do if completed search is still slow?
Searches use the synchronized order history. Check Data last synced for freshness. If synchronization is delayed, the page explains that newer orders or status changes may still be pending.
